Proof of Vaccination Requirements & Procedure
As Mega City FC prepares for Fall/Winter Indoor programming, the health and safety of our members and community continues to be a top priority.
As you know, the Mega City FC Club operates out of the Save Max Sports Center, which is a city of Brampton facility. As such, we will comply both with provincial direction as well as that of the City.
As of September 22, 2021, all individuals ages 12 years or older must provide identification and proof of full COVID-19 vaccination (or applicable medical exemption) indoor facility. This applies to, but is not limited to:
- All players aged 12 years and older that are participating in soccer program
- All players aged 12 years and older who are participating in a rental at the Save Max Sports Center
- All spectators aged 12 years and older
- All coaches, match officials and program staff.
Exemptions
Children under 12, who are currently unable to be vaccinated against COVID-19 are exempt. Individuals who are unable to receive the vaccine due to medical exemptions will be permitted entry if they fall under an exemption in the provincial public health orders.
